By signing the mandate agreement, you give us a so-called advisory mandate and hand over the mandate to us.
The advisory mandate is a classic, gratuitous mandate according to sections 662 ff. BGB. The mandate agreement serves to fix our as well as your obligations in writing, but also to inform you about the possibilities and limits of student legal advice.
